Empowerment workshop for BIPoC students and PhD students
Target Group: Students and PhD students at LUH affected by racism (BIPoC) The Empowerment Workshop offers a safe space for individuals affected by racism (BIPoC). The focus is on strengthening one's own personality, sharing experiences, and jointly seeking ways to cope with structural discrimination.
The workshop provides an opportunity to network with others, to better understand oneself, and to strengthen personal resilience. A mix of reflection methods, creative impulses, and joint discussions will be utilized. It’s about self-care, recognizing one's own resources, and receiving impulses on how personal development can succeed even under challenging conditions.
If needed, the workshop will be held in English or bilingually.
