Leadership impulses, peer consultation & networking

This format is conducted in German.

The new online format offers a combination of short and practical leadership impulses with the opportunity for immediate application and implementation in collegial consultation rounds for female professors: Participants have the opportunity to reflect together on specific leadership challenges and individual positioning decisions and to develop viable solutions for their everyday work.

In addition to professionalization in all leadership issues, the joint work focuses on mutual reinforcement and networking across disciplines and faculties.

Duration: May 2026 to May 2027, a total of 8 sessions of 120 minutes each during the lecture period in the summer semester 2026 and in the winter semester 2026/27.

Session options in coordination with the participants: during the lecture period every 4 weeks on Tuesdays from 5 to 7 p.m., alternatively on Mondays from 9 to 11 a.m.
