Caroline Herschel Programme

The Caroline Herschel Programme at Leibniz University Hannover supports female researchers* at the early stages of their careers in fields where they are under-represented, i.e. in disciplines where they account for 30% or fewer of doctoral degrees and postdoctoral qualifications. Applications may be submitted by the institutes, departments, seminars or central units of Leibniz University.

*This also applies to trans and intersex women, as well as non-binary people, who feel the programme is relevant to them.
