Project "Support in University Secretariats"

The project „Support in University Secretariats” is an internal service offer to avoid personnel shortages in university secretariats and to maintain the functionality of ongoing business. If a substitute is needed please contact Elcin Hittet.

Qualified secretaries that have comprehensive experiences in the administration of university institutions and financial accounting are available as substitutes. They can be employed in any higher education institution. The institution decides on the duration of the assignment. Working hours can range from 5 to 20 hours a week.

New staff members can be trained by substitutes. As a rule, a member of staff comes once a week to discuss current issues and, in particular, to provide quick and competent support for familiarisation with third-party funded projects, SAP and travel expense accounting.

Financing: The amount charged per working hour is € 45,00. Leibniz University Hannover defrays all other costs.
