The Diversity Council consists of representatives of member groups and/or functionaries of the following areas: faculties, central institutions and administration. The members are experts as well as multipliers on the topic of diversity.
The Diversity Council advices the Equal Opportunities Officer and the consultant for Diversity Management. It brings professional expertise from various areas and has the function to implement diversity measures into the individual units, provides impetus and initiates own project ideas. In doing so, own projects of the faculties and institutions should be supported.
