Diversity Strategy

Diversity management at Leibniz Universität Hannover stands for a mutually appreciative commitment to university politics. This commitment is manifested in the current Diversity Concept 2025: With development goals,  measures, the diversity principles and numerous diversity activities of the university institutions and the university office for diversity of opportunities.

The common goal is the active promotion and shaping of diversity as well as the expansion of protection against discrimination. The diversity of the students and employees is a guarantee for innovations, high performance and scientific excellence.
