For the fifth year running, LUH has been granted the TOTAL E-QUALITY certification for its equal opportunities-oriented Human Resources and organizational policies, and has also been granted the TOTAL E-QUALITY Sustainability Prize.
In recognition of its activities towards gender equality and its commitment to diversity, LUH has been granted the TOTAL E-QUAITY certification for the years 2026 to 2028 inclusive.
The TOTAL EQUALITY Deutschland e.V. award recognises organisations that promote equal opportunities, diversity and a non-discriminatory organisational culture in a sustainable manner. The TOTAL E-QUALITY Sustainability Award is also presented to organisations that have successfully and permanently embedded equal opportunities within their organisational development.
