Team-Mentoring for Female PhD students

The Team Mentoring program is one of the standard programs of the University Equal Opportunities Office. Mentoring is a very old instrument of personnel development and supports female doctoral students in their professional career paths. In small groups of six participants with tailored training units, learning about peer counseling and personal support from a female or male mentor, the participants experience professional personal development. Ideally, this leads to mutual give and take, to the benefit of all concerned

The team mentoring program for female doctoral students usually starts twice a year and lasts about 5-6 months each time. The courses are held in German or English, depending on demand. Applications are possible at any time.

Die Trainer is: Deborah Ruggieri from Berlin.
