


Mentoring is a standard staff-development instrument for fostering equal opportunities and career support in academia, business and administration. The Team-Mentoring programme offers early-career scientists support and assistance in making decisions for their future career paths. In small groups of six participants, you experience professional staff development through tailor-made training sessions, peer counselling and personal guidance by a female or male mentor. Ideally, this leads to mutual give and take, to the benefit of all concerned
The Team-Mentoring programme for female PhD students starts two to three times per year and lasts around 5 months. Courses are held in German or English, according to demand. Applications are invited at any time.
